Policies

All reservations will be charged in full on day of arrival. All reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancel 7 days prior to arrival and receive  a 50% refund. Inside 7 days - cancellations will incur 100% of the accommodation.

Our policy for major holidays and event weekends is a two-night minimum stay. 

When booking the Entire Villa for a group or event a non refundable deposit is required. Please call 970.387.5555 for details.

We are happy to accept pets for a one time $25 fee. Pets must be on a leash when on the property. Bags are provided for picking up after your dog- please respect the rules so we can continue to accept dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the hot tubs, sauna or steam facility at any time. There will be a $200 fee for any pets in the spa facilities.

Check-in time is 3pm. You are welcome to arrive early to leave your bags, but your room may not be available until 3pm.Check-out time - 10am. 

We accept credit cards only.When you book with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges and damage. Missing items, excessive soiling, or damage to furniture, linens, carpets, and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to rooms. This includes damage to hot tubs, sauna, steam room and spa areas.

No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, except in the fire pit area . Smoking anywhere else on the property will result in a $175 cleaning and smoke damage charge. Children are welcome at The Villa , provided we are advised of your intended occupancy at the time of reservation and your children are properly supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children under 15 are not allowed in the spa. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 6:30am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen property. 

Our Wi-Fi is complimentary to all guests and it is fully accessible throughout the property.

Silverton is located at 9,318 feet above sea level. We find the best way to enjoy the high altitude is to remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Our high alpine climate tends to fluctuate significantly day-to-day, so be sure to bring appropriate clothing with you. No matter when you are visiting, it is a good idea to bring plenty of warm layers and a rain/snow-proof shell and waterproof boots.
